Before the Court is an unopposed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed by defendant AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. [Doc. 17].

After reviewing the record, the Court finds that there are no genuine issues of material fact and that partial summary judgment is proper as a matter of fact and law.

Therefore:
