Appeal, insofar as deemed taken from so much of the April 2022 Appellate Division order as resolved the appeal from the May 2021 Supreme Court order, dismissed without costs, by the Courtsua sponte, upon the ground that no appeal lies as of right from the unanimous Appellate Division order absent the direct involvement of a substantial constitutional question (see CPLR 5601 ); appeal otherwise dismissed without costs, by the Courtsua sponte, upon the ground that the July 2022 order appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution.
