ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Seattle, Washington trial session, scheduled to begin February 12, 2024.

On January 19, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report stating that petitioner Colin James Rowe had provided a copy of his income tax return for tax year 2018, which was accepted and forwarded to the proper department for computations. The Commissioner also requested time to submit a fully executed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call at the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2024, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a status report.
