JEAN F. ROWE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

By Order served May 9, 2023, petitioner was directed to pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with that Order.

However, on June 26, 2023, the Court received and filed a Letter by Petitioner. Therein, petitioner states that the Petition in this case was filed in error and requests that the case be closed.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the Court's filing fee and prosecute this case, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
