BELL & GOSSETT COMPANY, a Subsidiary of ITT Industries, et al., Defendants, and HILCO, Inc., as Successor-In-Interest to Universal Engineering Co., Inc., Defendant-Petitioner.


ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion of the ACE Plumbing and Electrical, et al., for leave to appear as amicus curiae is granted, limited to the filing of the brief that accompanied the motion. If movants seek further participation in the pending appeal, they must seek leave of Court by way of motion.
