LAUREN L. ROTTET, Appellant v. MATTHEW ARNOLD, Appellee

On Appeal from the 80th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2018-12932

Panel Consists of Justices Wise, Bourliot, and Wilson.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Appellant's brief was originally due February 5, 2024. We granted four extensions of time to file appellant's brief until June 14, 2024. When we granted the final extension, we noted that no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. No brief was filed. Accordingly, we issue the following order.

We order appellant to file a brief with the clerk of this court on or before July 22, 2024. If appellant does not timely file the brief as ordered, the appeal is subject to dismissal without further notice for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
