The emergency petition for writ of mandamus is treated as a petition for writ of prohibition. The trial court's order compelling surrender dated May 20, 2013, is stayed pending issuance of the mandate in Case No. 3D12–1832, and the outcome of any further appellate remedies to which the petitioner may be entitled.
