The reporter's record in this case was originally due on September 19, 2024. Ms. Schmid is the court reporter responsible for preparing, certifying, and filing the reporter's record in this appeal. On October 3, 2024, this court granted Ms. Schmid's request for an extension of time to file the record until November 4, 2024. On November 5, 2024, this court granted Ms. Schmid's request for an extension of time to file the record until December 5, 2024 Our order cautioned that "FURTHER REQUESTS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE REPORTER'S RECORD [would] BE DISFAVORED."
On December 9, 2024, Ms. Schmid requested an additional fourteen days to file the reporter's record. Given Ms. Schmid's reasonable and detailed explanation regarding the necessity of the extension, the request is GRANTED. Ms. Schmid is ORDERED to file the reporter's record no later than December 23, 2024. FURTHER REQUESTS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE REPORTER'S RECORD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
