On November 17, 2020, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 11). On November 19, 2020, the Court entered the parties' Stipulated Decision (Doc. 12). On July 9, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 14). On August 9, 2021, respondent filed a Response to Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 17). By Order served August 20, 2021 (Doc. 18), petitioner's motion was calendared for hearing during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session for a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Central Time/2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 15, 2021.

On August 28, 2021, petitioner sent an e-mail to Court personnel indicating that she would like to withdraw her request for any further action. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for hearing from the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration filed July 9, 2021, is deemed withdrawn.
