Motion for a stay granted to the extent and on the following terms and conditions: (1) prohibiting defendant from in any way interfering with plaintiff's reasonable use of the beach property pending the hearing and determination of the appeal; (2) the appellant is to procure the record on appeal and appellant's points to be served and filed on or before December 5, 1961, with notice of argument for the January 1962 Term of this court, said appeal to be argued or submitted when reached; (3) appellant is directed to print Exhibits A, B-1 and B-2 of its supplemental schedule, annexed to its supplemental affidavit; and (4) six copies of all of the other exhibits specified in the schedule annexed to appellant's original affidavit and supplemental affidavit are to be filed with this court simultaneously with the filing of the record on appeal and appellant's points at appellant's expense.
