Petitioner-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time in which to perfect the appeal taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 18, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2020 Term.
