By order issued on August 16, 2021, the Court directed petitioner, on or before September 23, 2021, to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case (or submit an application for waiver of filing fee for consideration). Petitioner has failed to comply with that order.

On September 7, 2021, petitioner filed Letter Dated May 13, 2021.

The foregoing considered and for case, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the filing fee (or submit an application for waiver of filing fee for consideration), is extended to October 22, 2021. If, by October 22, 2021, no filing fee is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
