This consolidated case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.

On February 10, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance indicating therein that petitioner has no objection to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance filed February 10, 2022, is granted and this consolidated case is stricken from the Court's March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued generally.
