ORDER


The complaint in this employment-related action purports to base jurisdiction on diversity of citizenship, the presence of a federal question, and 28 U.S.C. § 1343. The complaint, however, contains no federal claim. Nor does it adequately allege complete diversity of citizenship. MACRO.

Accordingly, the action is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

SO ORDERED.
