ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondent Guy Richard Greenhous pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated January 4, 2011, a decree of the same court dated January 18, 2011, and a decision of the same court dated June 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Guy Richard Greehous to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 21, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Guy Richard Greenhous must be served and filed on or before that date.
