We REINSTATE this appeal.

Before the Court is the State's June 11, 2024 motion for extension of time to file its brief. We DENY the State's motion. Pursuant to this Court's May 6, 2024 order, the State's brief is not due until THIRTY DAYS after the amended judgment and supplemental reporter's record are filed with this Court.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties

We ABATE this appeal for the trial court to comply with our May 6, 2024 order. The appeal shall be reinstated when the Court receives the trial court's amended judgment and the supplemental reporter's record or at such other time as the Court deems appropriate.
