SHELDON ROSS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F22-70066-P

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

On July 27, 2023, this Court ordered the Dallas County District Clerk to file within fifteen days a supplemental clerk's record containing the March 30, 2023 Judgment of Conviction by Jury and the jury charge on punishment. On September 14, 2023, the district clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the judgment of conviction, which states punishment was assessed by the jury, but the supplemental clerk's record does not include the jury charge on punishment.

Accordingly we ORDER the district clerk to file within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order either (1) a supplemental clerk's record containing the jury charge on punishment or (2) a written statement that the jury charge on punishment has not been filed with the district clerk.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
