The reporter's record for this appeal is overdue. The record was originally due May 29, 2023. On June 28, 2023, this Court notified court reporter David Laurel by postcard that the reporter's record was overdue and directed him to file the reporter's record within thirty days. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Mr. Laurel has not communicated with this Court concerning this appeal. Accordingly, we ORDER Mr. Laurel to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal on or before OCTOBER 3, 2023. We caution Mr.

Laurel that should he fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that he not sit as a court reporter until he files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel 'Rocky' Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David J. Laurel, Official Court Reporter for the 203rd District Court; and counsel for all parties
