In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Goff v. Bil-Mar Foods, Inc. (After Remand) and Dudley v. Morrison Industrial Equipment Co., 454 Mich. 507 (1997). MCR 7.302(F)(1). In addition, the Court of Appeals is to consider the applicability of the "overnight exclusion" doctrine discussed by the magistrate and the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission. Court of Appeals No. 175555.
