July 7, 1970.

Petition for writ of habeas corpus denied and dismissed. Petition and papers remanded to Superior Court with direction to consider same as if originally filed therein, to issue writ and to hold evidentiary hearings required in the premises on the factual issues raised in the petition, and to determine whether petitioner is being illegally restrained. Superior Court further directed to appoint counsel to represent and assist petitioner in further prosecution of his petition.
