ORDER

The cases at docket Nos. 25793-18 and 22744-19 are calendared for trial at the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, CO, remote trial session. The case at docket No. 14910-20 is in the general docket.

On September 16, 2021, petitioner filed unopposed motions for continuance, at docket Nos. 25793-18 and 22744-19, seeking to have those two cases restored to the general docket. On September 16, 2021, petitioner further filed unopposed motions to consolidate in respect of all three docketed cases. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motions for continuance filed at docket Nos. 25793-18 and 22744-19 on September 16, 2021, are granted in that those cases are stricken for trial at the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, CO, remote trial session and are restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motions to consolidate filed in respect of the three docketed cases on September 16, 2021, are denied without prejudice.
