STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective counsel of record, that the time for Defendant to file his Answer be extended from February 1, 2012, to April 13, 2012. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. This extension is needed to produce the Certified Administrative Record which will be utilized by both parties.
The parties further stipulate that the Court's Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly. Counsel apologizes to the Court for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
