Present — Clarke, P.J., Dowling, Finch, McAvoy and Martin, JJ.


Order so far as it grants plaintiff's motion to vacate the inquisition is reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion to said extent denied and the verdict of the sheriff's jury reinstated, on the ground that there was nothing presented to the court to show that the amount of the recovery was inadequate.
