The order of the District Court dated October 1, 1999, denying the plaintiff's request for extension of the original abuse prevention order and the order of the same date denying the plaintiff's motion for reconsideration are vacated. The matter is remanded to the District Court for proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order on file. The hearing after remand should be conducted on an expedited basis, and in the absence of good cause shown, not later than thirty days after receipt in the District Court of the rescript from this court.
