Order denying defendant's motion to open his default in answering and to vacate the judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
