This case is calendared for trial during the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session beginning on November 28, 2022. On September 24, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Submitted with the motion is the Declaration of Stephen E. Dunseith and a memorandum in support of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before October 17, 2022, respondent shall file with the Court and serve on petitioners a response to the motion for partial summary judgment.
