Present — Peck, P.J., Dore, Cohn, Shientag and Bergan, JJ.


Order unanimously modified so as to relieve the defendants of the requirement that they produce the record of actual sales upon the ground that at this stage of the action a production of the record of actual sales is not warranted and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to appellants. Settle order on notice.
