In an action for judgment of separation, defendant appeals from two orders: (1) granting reargument, and on reargument adhering to original determination granting temporary alimony to plaintiff in the sum of $75 a week and a counsel fee of $500; and (2) granting motion of plaintiff to adjudge defendant in contempt of court for failure to pay the allowances. Orders affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
