District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 8, 1984
452 So. 2d 122 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1984)

Opinion

No. AU-53.

June 8, 1984.

Appeal from an Order of Deputy Commissioner Patrick J. Murphy.

Alex Lancaster, Sarasota, for appellant.

Peter C. Burkert of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes Holt, Fort Myers, for appellees.

The deputy commissioner correctly denied Rosemond's claim for workers' compensation benefits. There was competent substantial evidence to support the finding that there was not an employer/employee relationship between Rosemond and DeSoto Land Cattle Company.

AFFIRMED.

SHIVERS and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
