MEMORANDUM OPINION


On October 13, 2003, we remanded this appeal to the trial court with instructions to determine whether appellant timely filed his notice of appeal. A supplemental record containing the trial court's findings was due to be filed on November 10, 2003. On October 29, 2003, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. We will grant the motion. Our order of October 13, 2003 is withdrawn and the appeal is reinstated. Appellant's motion to dismiss is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
