ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

On May 7, 2024, the Court received and filed a Letter by petitioner dated April 23, 2024. Therein petitioner provides his new mailing address.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Letter is recharacterized as petitioner's Notice of Change of Address. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's mailing address in the Court's records to match the address indicated by petitioner in the Notice of Change of Address. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner, at his proper address, copies of the Court's two Orders issued on February 23, 2022, and the Court's Order issued April 17, 2024.
