On December 4, 2023, petitioner made an electronic filing with the Court at Docket Index No. 5, designating it as a Redacted Petition. However, in the course of making that filing (which appears to be more akin to an amendment to petition) petitioner appears to have scanned and uploaded the documents upside down. It is accordingly

ORDERED that petitioner's Redacted Petition is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 27, 2023, petitioner may re-file the above-referenced documents (right side up).
