Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Scott County, J. Hobart Darbyshire, Judge.

Juana Rosas appeals the trial court's judgment, following non-jury trial, dismissing her petition for damages. AFFIRMED.

Juana Rosas appeals the trial court's judgment, following non-jury trial, dismissing her petition for damages for the defendant insurance agents' alleged negligence in connection with her application for specialty automobile insurance. Upon our review for correction of errors at law, see Iowa R. App. P. 6.4, we affirm pursuant to Iowa Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.24(1) and (4).

AFFIRMED.
