An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 13, 2019, which granted the Article 78 petition and declared certain Board Resolutions invalid, And respondent-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the aforementioned order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
