ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On February 1, 2022, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case. On April 17, 2022, without having properly obtained eAccess credentials for this case, petitioner efiled an amended petition, causing a separate case to be opened at Docket No. 8295-22. On April 22, 2022, respondent file an answer to the petition in this case. Subsequently, the Court transferred the petition filed at Docket No. 8295-22 to this case as a first amended petition and closed on the ground of duplication petitioner's case at Docket No. 8295-22.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 9, 2022, respondent shall file in this case an answer to amended petition.
