ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 25, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, requesting that this case be closed on the ground that it is a duplicate of the cases filed at Docket No. 3593-22S and 4870-22S. By Order served September 7, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, to the foregoing Motion on or before September 20, 2022. That Order warned petitioner that failure to comply could result in the granting of the Motion. To date, no such objection has been filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted, and this case is closed on the ground of duplication.
