OPINION


For the reasons stated on the record on August 21, 2007, the plaintiff's application for fees and expenses pursuant to the EAJA is granted in the amount of $18,347.00. The plaintiff may apply to supplement this award for reasonable fees and expenses associated with oral argument on the application for fees by August 31, 2007. The Government should submit any challenge to the reasonable of the plaintiff's supplemental application, if any, by September 5, 2007. The parties should strive for economy in any further submissions to avoid waste.
