Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 10, 2020, (Case No. 2020-03842), and from a judgment, same court, entered on or about March 09, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03843), and the appeal from the judgment having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the January 10, 2020 order and, upon reinstatement, to withdraw said appeal as subsumed in the appeal taken from the March 09, 2020 judgment, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissal of the appeal taken from the January 10, 2020 order is vacated and, upon reinstatement, said appeal is deemed withdrawn (Case No. 2020-03842).
