Rosa Serrano and TLP-EPL Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a The Lense Factory; and all Occupants of 11450 James Watt, Suite C1 and C2 El Paso, Texas 79936, Appellants, v. Francis Properties I, Ltd., Appellee.

Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 5 of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2011-J00021) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellants' motion to stay the issuance of the mandate pursuant to TEX.R.APP.P. 18.2. The Texas Supreme Court denied Appellants' petition for review on October 27, 2014 and this Court issued the mandate on March 13, 2015. An appellate court is authorized to take several actions after its plenary power expires. See TEX.R.APP.P. 19.1, 19.2., 19.3. These actions include issuing the mandate. Because the mandate has already issued, Appellants' motion to stay issuance of the mandate is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 25th day of March, 2015.

PER CURIAM Before McClure, C.J., Rodriguez and Hughes, JJ.
(Hughes, J., not participating)
