On September 10, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #9), in which respondent's signature block did not contain his mailing address and phone number as required by Rule 23(a)(3), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Also on September 10, 2021, the parties filed a second Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #10), in which respondent's signature block does contain his mailing address and phone number.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #9), filed September 10, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
