ORDER TO SUBMIT AFFIDAVIT AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS


In order to decide Defendants' discovery motions, it is necessary for me to have further information about the date on which the attorney/client relationship between Plaintiff and her counsel, Ivie Shelton, began.

I ORDER Shelton to file a sworn affidavit to this Court stating the date on which the attorney/client relationship with Plaintiff began, and to attach to that affidavit any documents supporting that assertion in his possession and not containing privileged communications, including but not limited to any agreements as to fees or billing records.

This filing will be due 10 days from the date of this order.See Fed.R.Civ.P. 6.
