DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for stay pending appeal and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that those portions of the order of Supreme Court, Saratoga County, dated December 10, 2018, that granted plaintiff temporary exclusive possession of the marital residence, ordered defendant to vacate the marital residence, ordered that the parties have temporary joint legal custody of the parties' children and plaintiff has primary physical custody of the children, set parenting time for defendant, ordered defendant to transport the children in connection therewith, awarded temporary maintenance to defendant, ordered defendant to pay child support, ordered that plaintiff is entitled to claim the children's social security benefits, and restricted defendant's communication with the children are stayed, and the motion is in all other respects denied.
