ORDER

In light of this court's May 22, 2020 en banc order extending time to file briefs in all pending appeals, the State's brief was due June 30, 2020. On June 25, 2020, the State filed an unopposed motion requesting an additional 30-day extension of time to file the State's brief. The unopposed motion is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the State's brief is due no later than July 30, 2020.
