ROMERO (ANA) v. S.C. (ESTRADA)

Petition for writ of mandate/prohibition & application for stay denied

The petition for writ of mandate and request for a stay are denied as unnecessary. The trial court is divested of jurisdiction until issuance of the remittitur by the Court of Appeal, which itself must await this court's action on the petition for review that has been submitted prematurely and will be filed on November 14, 2018. (Cal. Rules of Court, rules 8.264(b)(1), 8.272(b)(1)(A).)
