An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order , Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 17, 2019, and the appeal having been perfected,
And defendant-appellant having moved to vacate the order of this Court, entered on September 24, 2020 (M-2555), which directed it to file a supplemental appendix to include certain missing exhibits set forth in Exhibit I to the moving papers, with costs to abide the appeal, and which adjourned the appeal to the December 2020 Term,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is denied and the appeal is, sua sponte, adjourned to the April 2021 Term of this Court.
