We here review an order of the lower court, dismissing plaintiffs' bill and transferring the cause to the law side of the court. The writ is granted and the order quashed under the authority of Nelson v. Beverly Beach Properties, Fla., 47 So.2d 310; Atlantic National Bank of Jacksonville v. Simpson, 136 Fla. 809, 188 So. 636; Palmer v. Edwards, Fla., 51 So.2d 495; Ready v. Safeway Rock Co., 157 Fla. 27, 24 So.2d 808; Fleming et al. v. State Road Dept., 157 Fla. 170, 25 So.2d 376.

Writ granted and order quashed.
