EDITH ROMAN, Appellant v. JOSE LUIS RIOS RAMIREZ, SR., VELIA RIOS RAMIREZ AND JOSE LUIS RIOS RAMIREZ, JR., Appellees.

Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 5 of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2017-DCV1893) MEMORANDUM OPINION

Edith Roman is appealing from a default judgment. In a separate original proceeding (cause number 08-17-00223-CV), Roman sought mandamus relief based on her claim that the default judgment is not final. We issued an opinion this same date conditionally granting mandamus relief based on our conclusion that the default judgment is not final. See In re Edith Roman and Alejandro Hernandez, No. 08-17-00223-CV (Tex.App.--El Paso February 7, 2018, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
