On April 19, 2023, a Second Stipulation of Facts with attached exhibits was electronically filed with the Court.

On April 24, 2023, this case was called, and trial was held before the undersigned judge in Los Angeles, California.

During trial, petitioners submitted to the Court pages 80-81 to Exhibit 47-P; pages 21-36 to Exhibit 90-P; and pages 144-148 to Exhibit 95-P. Petitioners request that the Court substitute the above-referenced pages for each identified Exhibit. The Court cannot substitute pages in already electronically filed documents but will make them part of the record through this Order.

Copies of these substitution pages are attached to this Order.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, the Clerk of the Court shall file each of the above-referenced documents as a separate docket entry with a cover sheet as follows:

Substitution Amended Pages 80-81 to Exhibit 47-P;

Substitution Amended Pages 21-36 to Exhibit 90-P; and

Substitution Amended Pages 144-148 to Exhibit 95-P.
