ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

These cases were calendared for trial during the Court's March 21, 2022, Los Angeles, California, special trial session and were continued at petitioner Luminita Roman's request for medical reasons.

On August 15,2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report informing the Court that petitioner Luminita Roman has been medically cleared to travel to California to prepare and participate in a trial. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 14, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases. In the status report(s), the parties shall state if they are available for trial in Los Angeles, California, (1) during the week of March 20, 2023, and (2) during the week of April 24, 2023.
