This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On April 4, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. We will ask the petitioner Ronald R. Roman to file a response. If Mr. Roman does not file a response, the Court may grant the Commissioner's motion and enter a decision against him in the amounts as set forth in the notice of deficiency dated November 30, 2020. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 15, 2022, Mr. Roman shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute.
